Lemon Cayenne Pepper Detox Drink

I have created 5 easy steps on how to make lemon cayenne pepper detox drink.

Step 1
Firstly, make sure you have a cup or container large enough to take the 10oz of filtered water and all the other ingredients. Pour 5oz of the filtered water into the cup or container.

Step 2
Add 2 table spoons of organic lemon juice. Ideally, you will squeeze this juice from fresh organic lemons. make sure that you do not put pulp or seeds into your container.

Step 3
Now you're ready to add 2 table spoons of organic grade B maple syrup

Step 4
Add 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (The cayenne pepper is areal concern for some people, but the lemonade is surprisingly tasty. The cayenne pepper gives the lemonade a nice kick.)

Step 5
All that is left to do is stir well, add the remaining filtered water and Enjoy!
Please note that this recipe is for a single serving of the lemon cayenne pepper detox drink, and you should drink 6-12 servings a day.

To make it easy for yourself, make up a big batch by multiplying the recipe by however many servings you plan on drinking, which is what I have done in the past. Just make sure you keep it refrigerated, and don't make more then one days supply because you want the lemonade to be as fresh as possible when you drink it.

If you don't like spicy drinks take two cayenne pepper capsules with each glass of lemonade instead of mixing the ground cayenne pepper into the drink. You can find cayenne pepper capsules at most health food and vitamin stores.

Some will cut only minimal carbs, such as cake, candy and sugar, whilst others will target to lessen equally simple and complex carbs, similar to the ones found in fruits. Nevertheless, a detox diet plan should not eliminate them completely.

To finish, the solitary element that is put forward in every detox diet plan is the removal of alcohol. Alcohol is one of the most difficult substances to beat down for the organ that handles our natural detox process. It is known to accumulate scar tissue in the long run, which results in a cirrhosis.
